Vault - Items are disappearing! - Guild Wars Forums

Has anybody else lost items after storing them in the vault? It has happened to me twice. I just lost my special pre-order item. This is very frustrating. I am not going to use the vault anymore. And that is going to impact my game play for sure. Ugh.

Items dissapearing from the vault seems to be a problem confined to preorder items. The devs are looking at it atm. For now, just don't put you pre-order item in your vault

It's good to know that it's limited to pre-order items. It seemed like I lost something before, but perhaps it was just my pre-order item. I really want to use the vault. I am carrying around a bunch of crafting items because I am afraid to use the vault. I guess I could test it out with some insignificant stuff and see if they persist.

I did send a bug-report in. Maybe I will get my pre-order item back. That would be very nice.

The vault, what is that? Like a bank? How many items can you put in it? does it cost anything? Where is it? ;p

Costs 50 gold to get - available from a couple of NPCs in post-Searing Ascalon. Not sue of the capacity (haven't opened one up yet).
